Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time
Peninsular Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Outskirt Areas: 5-10 working days
East Malaysia & Singapore : 14 working days depending on location and shipping method

Withdrawal
If the order unable to ship within the expected timeframe, we will notify the buyer to withdraw the order and make necessary exchange or refund.

Cancellation
